The VirgoPAY Invite & Earn program is subject to the following rules:
1. Eligibility
- Referrals must complete onboarding and sign up with your unique referral code/link.
- Bonus eligibility starts at the referred user's signup date.
2. Bonus Calculation
- Bonuses are calculated as a percentage of VirgoPAY fees generated by referred users.
- Bonuses apply only to successful, completed transactions.
3. Duration
- Bonus duration and rates may vary by region, user tier, or promotional period and are subject to change.
4. Payout & Redemption
- Bonuses are accrued in-app and may be claimed in USDT (ERC-20/Tron) or USDC (ERC-20/Solana).
- A minimum claim amount may apply.
- Claims require a supported external wallet address.
5. Exclusions
Bonuses are not paid on:
- Failed, reversed, or refunded transactions
- Fraudulent or abusive activity
- Self-referrals or duplicate accounts
6. Compliance
- Users must comply with local laws and may not use the program for market manipulation, synthetic referrals, or reward abuse.
7. Right to Modify or Terminate
- VirgoPAY reserves the right to update, pause, or terminate the program at any time.
8. Audit & Verification
- VirgoPAY may audit referral activity and temporarily hold payouts until verification is complete.
